“Many thanks to Frederico and staff for a wonderful stay at Casa Villa Gardenia! Everyone was so helpful with directions and recommendations. There is a grocery store nearby with reasonable prices and lovely pizzeria where we went for a lovely dinner. The breakfast served was very substantial. Clean rooms with modern bathroom. Great area, close to train to Venice. Would stay there again!”

Our room had a balcony that had a wonderful view of Venice. The staff goes out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. This is a very special hotel--our stay was unforgettable. Perfect for a romantic holiday.”

“furniture is a bit old but acceptable, have welcome snack and drinks nice breakfast the view is quite nice, can overlook one of the canels in Venice Reasonable price for an overnight experience in Venice Recommended! But the room is a bit small 傢私少許舊但作爲歐洲/威尼斯的酒店是可以理解的 早餐不錯 身處威尼斯本島而且價錢不貴是最大優點 不過房間頗細”

“I got locked inside the bathroom due to a faulty door that triggered a faulty lock. It was past midnight and they did not have reception. It was a HORRIBLE anxiety-provoking experience that ruined my trip and the ONLY response from the manager at check-out was a lame apology. I will NEVER stay here again and strongly discourage anyone from booking this hotel!”

“Room is tiny but clean, bed is super cozy I like firm bedding. Nice staff. Convenient location. It will take 30 mins walk from the bus station but it is close to the ferry pier to Murano and Burano.”
