“Everything brilliant except shower. Lovely place and great value. Breakfast was a bit quirky however nice all the same. Missed breakfast on day 2 as we had not ordered night before as we were back late.”

“Very attractive property with lots of room and best of all, one bedroom in which the 3 boys under 8 could all share. Well equipped, lots of stuff you don't need, but nice to know it's available. Huge fridge and freezer. Nice dining area in the conservatory which we used all the time. Some minor niggles, and let's face it, there are always some! “A character property in a lovely setting with grounds extending to the coastal path. The owners were friendly and helpful and served an excellent breakfast. Be aware that it's a drive to the nearest pub or restaurant for your evening meal.”

“Hotel appears to be in Portsmouth on Hotels.com, what they don’t make clear is that the property is on the isle of wight meaning you would have to pay £70+ for a ferry. The property was advertised with free cancellation however when trying to cancel they charged us £60!!”
