「Quick check in, nice staffs and satisfactory provision of breakfast」

「close to old district , but far from downtown next time, I will book this hotel only for site view of old area but I will book another hotel for downtown steping」

「Always have a wonderful time at this hotel, they are especially kind with our dog who comes along for the trip. Thank you to the lovely staff who always go above and beyond.」

「Good management 」

「Our room is spacious with 2 double beds and a large closet. The staff at the reception is helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff we met on our floor also greeted us warmly. There is a cafe connected to the hotel with good matcha latte and sandwiches, ideal for breakfast. Although it is not a new hotel, but everything is clean and works well. It will be perfect if a smart TV is available for watching youtube and Netflix.」

「員工非常的親切有禮貌，客房打掃也做得很好」

「Goog location」

I request that you process my full refund immediately and provide an explanation...
