Horrible! Not safe! Bugs!

There were homeless people hanging out in the back of the hotel, and it looked like there were some drug dealing going on a couple rooms away from me. I asked to be moved to a room in the front of the hotel because I felt unsafe. they moved me to another room. There were still people just hanging out everywhere in the front of the hotel. I got myself settled in the new room and the bug started crawling up the wall. They didn’t even wait until the lights were out. They just came out and said screw you. We are here to torture you. At that point, I said enough was enough and I left I told management about it and they basically acted like there was nothing that they could do about the people hanging out in the back and they didn’t seem to care about the bugs either

I didn't like the strong smell of cigarette inside the room, even if I asked about a not smoking room and the receptionist told me the room was not smoking, but the odor was horrible and my pijamas and hair had a cigarette smell during all day. They doesn't have hair dryer.

We never checked in! The Police were there when we got there and it was not safe. The desk clerk didn’t charge us when we cancelled. Other then that, it was a horrible experience. Do not book here!!

Cheap stay with hot water.

Old run down. Dirty. Full size fridge was extremely noisy. Some people may be living on the premise. Pool is closed. No coffee even though says breakfast is included. Cheap one night stay with a shower though.

You get what you pay for

My family booked this hotel because of its location to an event. We live in South Florida and booked the hotel for one night since we knew we’d be getting in too late to make it home. Unfortunately, we ended up driving home in the early morning hours because there were baby cockroaches all over the room. It’s not surprising due to the run down condition of the hotel and the very cheap price point but still, this was one thing that just couldn’t be overlooked. Disgusting. The room also smelled of old cigarette smoke even though it was non smoking. The only plus was the front desk checking staff was very very nice and accommodating.

I have never stayed in a place of this caliber before & I would not consider doing it again. The room is dirty & poorly lit. The bathroom was clean & the sheets were fresh. That is the only thing I could find to say that was positive. The neighborhood is scary & there were teens riding bikes around us & watching us. I was afraid to leave our car loaded in that parking lot. The air conditioning ran constantly and so loudly non-stop.None of the controls worked. I'm sorry to have to say these things

Stop complaining about this great hotel

Honestly everyone talks bad about this place but it was a great stay. Clean room, great service and friendly people. For the price you can’t beat it and I will return.
