「We were in Milwaukee for our son’s engagement. I had scheduled some special deserts to be shipped from NewJersey. I had called the hotel and advised them to refrigerate the box immediately when received. I was assured that they would take care of it. However when we arrived, and were ready to leave for the engagement we were informed that they had put the box in the freezer instead of the refrigerator. Also the management did not make any attempt to apologize for messing this up for us....

「Cool concept with the shared kitchen and amenities on different floors. Beautiful rooms. Location is a bit loud. Not just common street noise but also loud music until 1:30am from a nearby rooftop bar. Hopefully there are no DJs during the week?」

「The style of the decoration is excellent. And it is very close to the art museum. If you ride bikes, it takes you 5 minutes to get to the museum and the lakeside walk. 」

When asked about making this right, I was offered travel points on future stays. The hotel could not make it right, but expedia did. I will not stay here again unless I am guaranteed a room with working AC.」
