“We spent one night at the satellite location in a "family room". It was much bigger than anticipated and very comfortable. There were several nice restaurants and wine bars on the street. It was near many of the famous pizzerias and Spaccanapoli.

“My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Gentile Suite, Naples. The rooms were spotless with all amenities and the location in the heart of the Centro Storico was perfect. “Absolutely excellent experience. While getting in was a bit of a maze, they had very good information on how to do so, including a video. Angela was always quick to reply, often within minutes to email. The beds and pillows were comfy and provided exceptional sleep, the property was well kept and safe and there were plenty of towels and the WiFi worked well. You do have to pay to use the elevator, but stairs aren't that bad. ”

“The location and entrance to the hotel is a bit hard to find so maybe some instruction before check in would be helpful. Our room had a sort of sewage scent to it which seemed to be attempted to be covered with air freshener. The rooms are not at all sound proof, you can hear full conversations of other guests in their rooms. The upside was that the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

Had difficulty with the off site staff finding the cost of the shuttle versus taxi service from airport and which they would recommend for a woman traveling alone. By time I decided on the shuttle (30 euro) it was not available. The first official taxi quoted triple this amount which I refused. Did find a driver that did it for 30 euro but dropped me off 1/2 block from B&B. Signage at entrance not easy to see. Once inside again……
