"Casa della Meridiana" is a home and not just a house for vacation, it has different spaces to stay, enjoys a magnificent display with the sun that brights and warms all day, it is located in the most panoramic and quiet part of the village.
By living there you will be able to have breakfast on the balcony, enjoy a relaxing in the rock garden among the olive trees and oleanders, dine outside on the lower terrace and sleep in the peaceful silence.

WHERE IS
Our beautiful house is situated in the historical part of the town of S. Giovanni alla Vena which is located between the Arno river and the foothills of the Monti Pisani, only 2 km from the medieval village of Vicopisano.
ITS ORIGINS
It originated from an old pottery workshop before definitely the year 1800, adjusted at the beginning of the 40s and made it so comfortable from the year 2008.
AS 'FOUND
The building is part of a complex of individual houses next to each other, a feature of the medieval houses, the magnificent southern exposure and shelter from cold winds makes extremely stay comfortable in the winter months.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN 'AND HOSTING
The house can comfortably accommodate 5 people and has 4 beds and a sofa bed in the master bedroom which is very spacious and bright outside, where available: 1 cot with bars for 1 child / 1 folding bed or normal size for cases emergency.
The rooms are made comfortable by the presence of air-conditioned and also equipped with mosquito nets, which are useful in the summer months.
KITCHEN
The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessities such as a MICROWAWE/OWEN, DISHWASHER, FREEZER, BLENDER, IRON AND IRONING BOARDi. One of the bathrooms has a shower and the other has a tub to sit usable of course also as a shower.
REST AND RELAXATION IN THE HOUSE
Guests, deliberately limited in number, they can enjoy 2 spacious and comfortable interior, both with comfortable sofas and some modernity such as WiFi, satellite TV, HI-FI and FIREPLACE, which will make their stay pleasant and relaxing at any time of the day.
TERRACES AND GARDEN
Outside, guests have access to a large terrace on the first floor with chairs and sun umbrellas to enjoy the sun thanks to the stunning display and, optionally, allows you to eat outdoors, there are also upstairs a terrace for relaxation and short in the back the house, a small garden nestled among the olive trees and the rocks.
