"Room and appliances were very clean with a decent view of mountains in the distance (preferred view room). Elevator and parking are secure which was very reassuring. Just far enough away from main downtown so it is not noisy or crowded, but everything is still within a 20-minute walk radius - the harbour, attractions, movie theaters, restaurants, grocery, etc. Easy 10/10 recommendation."

"Stayed one night. Had to tolerate a terrible noxious smell through out the hotel from driveway resealing. It was even worse in our room right beside the driveway. Gave us terrible headaches. They told us the smell would dissipate soon after application but when we returned to our room hours later it was worse. Then we had no water in the room from a burst pipe. Couldn’t stay in these conditions and had to leave at midnight to find another hotel. Not okay. This hotel should not have been renting rooms during this phase of their renovation!"

"The view from our room facing the harbour was amazing. Our flight got in very early, the hotel checked us in earlier without any issues. Pool and hot tub are good size . Great location very close to everything. Over all great first visit to Victoria. Would highly recommend. 😊"
