「Wonderful 」

「We had a short overnight stay. We had a very early flight out of Florence and chose the property for its proximity to the airport. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The desk was open 24 hours and was able to call a taxi for us who arrived within minutes. This location was perfect for our needs.」

「Dear Hotel Management, I wish to bring an incident of unacceptable staff behavior to your attention. On a recent evening, (22/May/2026) between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM, I was using the outdoor lounge seating located on the far left side of the hotel premises. I was simply having a Pepsi and a smoke, completely separate from the active restaurant dining area. Despite not blocking any restaurant tables, your staff approached me in a very confrontational and rude manner, stating I had to order from...

「The hotel is located at a hillside, which is quite difficult to find a way. However, the staff are really nice and informative. They showed my the best way to visit the florence by car. The hotel is also lovely and the garden is full of fruit and flowers. Everybody are welcome to relax in the garden. I am gald to be there and enjoy my holiday at there.」

「The environment of the room is Dimly lit, the hotel room have two parts, one part is inside the reception, one part is the other side, I am living the other side part, the location of this is difficult to find.」

「ok to stay but not recommended: - Bed kept making noise and almost felt apart (fortunately it did not during my stay) - Half shower door missing and the floor was all wet after shower - Room was not well clean, shaved hair and glass fragment found in the shower - The room was in a residential building. The neighborhood is not very suitable for tourist we need to rely on tram to get to the city, but having a large supermarket close by is a plus side」
