“The room was clean, as was everything about the property. We had a 400 check in time and when we got there, at 500, on the dot, eveyone was friendly We were told the room wasn't ready yet. The person helping us said it would be just a couple minutes and to get our bags amd it would only be a couple minutes He said he was going up to help the person get the room read. About 15 after, he came down and said it was going to be a couple minutes and he was almost done. By 530, he said AGAIN,……

“The style of the decoration is excellent. And it is very close to the art museum. If you ride bikes, it takes you 5 minutes to get to the museum and the lakeside walk. ”

“Super cute place with lots of fun amenities! Super nice Nespresso machine in the common area for coffee in the morning. Lots of milk options and a very well equipped kitchen. Room was fabulous. Big windows, soft pillows, comfy bed. Bathroom was really big and shower was nice size.”

One thing I really appreciated was having two completely different restaurant options on site. They weren’t just variations of the same menu. When asked about making this right, I was offered travel points on future stays. The hotel could not make it right, but expedia did. I will not stay here again unless I am guaranteed a room with working AC.”
