「Lovely quaint hotel in the heart of old Montreal. We booked through Expedia but unfortunately when we got there the medium size room we booked was not available so we had to take a small, the front desk did offer us free valet parking for the night to make up for it. I’m not sure what the price difference was but regardless it was just one night so the room we had was more than comfortable. The front desk was friendly, kind and accommodating. We would stay there again. Thank you!」

「The location was very good, bed amazing, giant windows and 12 foot ceilings were great. Enjoyed having a full size couch, kitchen we didn’t use but handy. This would be a great spot for a month long stay. It’s not handicapped friendly with 7 stairs up to lobby and elevator. Take your own hair conditioner.」

「Room 103 was perfect as it was right in the mix of the Latin Quarter but out the back away from it all. The room was a perfect size with a comfy bed and choice of pillows. Lovely rainfall shower and amenities, including snacks and drinks. The code system for the building and room was fine and saved the need for a key. Very close to the Metro, restaurants and bars and a simple walk into town」

「I'm not sure if it's due to inadequate cleaning, but I got bitten by something and now have several welts on my body. They look like insect bites. However, the area is really convenient for dining and sightseeing.」

「Our room is spacious with 2 double beds and a large closet. The staff at the reception is helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff we met on our floor also greeted us warmly. There is a cafe connected to the hotel with good matcha latte and sandwiches, ideal for breakfast. Although it is not a new hotel, but everything is clean and works well. It will be perfect if a smart TV is available for watching youtube and Netflix.」

「Nothing bad to say about our stay, everything was fantastic!! - Perfect location, the VIA train station and 747 bus stop to airport. - The building was a very beautiful Brutalist architecture, interior was elegant and the courtyards and pool was beautiful. - Rooms were clean, bright and spacious. - One thing to note is there was no elevator between the two hotel floors, so you would need to bring luggage up the internal stairs. Also, toothbrush had to be requested and hotel did not provide...

「I appreciate the air conditioning, the comfortable bed, the beautiful bathroom and the excellent location. What I didn’t appreciate was the thin doors where you could hear other guests, conversations, and TVs, the rundown, dirty lobby and stairwell. The exterior is under construction, so was very difficult to find in the night with the hotel sign covered up by scaffolding.」

「The pictures you see online advertising this property as a hotel are a LIE. The building is not well maintained, doesn't have a lobby, the rooms are small and nothing works properly, the lock in my room door kept getting jammed and the tv didn't work at all. The AC barely worked, during a heatwave that is not acceptable, the curtains covered the AC, poor placement of the whole set up so you have to choose between using the curtains or feeling the tiny bit of air coming from the AC.
