"The house was perfect for our family of 6! The home itself is in a quiet neighborhood with great views out the windows and from the deck. Access to the 63 mile long Eagle Vail Trail is a 2 minute walk away. Restaurants, shops, coffee shops & a small grocery store are a 10-15 minute walk away. It is exactly what I was hoping for from our mountain vacation. Owner was super easy to work with and responded quickly. Would absolutely recommend!"

"Our family was in town for a baseball tournament. The location was great and the house worked well for us. Unfortunately, the washer was broken, which was a huge setback for us, but Jeff worked on a solution and had our laundry taken care of, which was much appreciated. Jeff was very helpful and communicative. We would stay here again! "

"We’ve stayed here multiple times because it’s such and and convenient place. Great location to walk to anything in downtown Edwards (groceries, shopping, plenty of restaurants). Easy drive/bike to Avon. Convenient covered parking with elevator to get your stuff to unit. Pool, hot tub and workout room are all nice amenities. Host is easy to communicate with. "
