「El personal mut atento a mis necesidades, el lugar muy acojedor y el area muy ambiental para pasiar en el dia y en la noche muy bonita mi estadia.」

「Staff were friendly and genuinely seemed like they wanted us to enjoy our stay, but as soon as I walked in to the bathroom, I saw black mold. I am glad we were only there for about 10 hours. The location was not great, very noisy all night, we barely slept, and did not seem like the safest place to go out at night. There were 3 or 4 locks on the door. We left too early for breakfast. The beds were fairly comfortable. It’s the black mold that did it for us. Gross.」

「El Hotel Casona Tobar se encuentra en una excelente ubicación cerca del panecillo, el centro histórico y del metro. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias. El personal es muy amable y siempre atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes. El desayuno fue muy delicioso. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar alli.」

「Excelente ! El hotel muy cómodo , habitaciones amplias , muy limpias , con aseo diario y cambio de toallas . La cama muy confortable , sábanas de primera calidad. Posee Bar y restaurante donde el desayuno es excelente . Los platos a la carta muy bien elaborados . La ubicación muy central , segura . Quiero destacar la atención del personal del concierge , en especial la del Señor Pablo Valladares , quien nos asistió siempre y estuvo al cuidado de nosotros . 100% recomendado」

「I got there to do my check in and they told us the don’t have the room I did reserved, they give another option for 40$ more and they blame Expedia for the wrong price. I didn’t like they don’t accept any credit card or debit card. There was no hot water either. They are nice」

「What a unique and authentic experience. The owner is very welcoming and proud to show you around this 300 year old property. The host is friendly and spends ample time to give advice on what to see and how. The family enjoyed him, and we enjoyed the stay. Large enclosed garden area is great for kids to play or an escape from the hustle and bustle. Parking available on site, although it is tight. Great location with all the downtown locations within walking distance. The best value for money ever」
