"Check in was a little confusing as there is no front desk. Was supposed to get an email and never got it, called them and everthing got solved. Parking was free, but dont forget to get your parking pass at the Outrigger Desk. Room was ok, bed was comfortable. Room had washer and dryer which was convenient. Don't know if it was because of recent flooding and moisture we did see a couple of roaches in the room. But outside I saw signs they were doing extermination, there was a small detour to the place as the road was damaged due to recent flooding all in all we had a good stay. And would probably stay again. Mostly minor inconveniences but we kind of expected it due to all the flooding Maui had in the recent days before we got there. "

"Perfect view of the beach and garden! It was so beautiful and peaceful. Main pool was heated and perfect for night swimming. "

"Not the quality it use to be. Many better options to choose from in the area. Service is mediocre. Spa and gym are very nice."

"Had a serious bug infestation, could smell they had sprayed Raid before our arrival. Had to place a wet towel on the door to keep the bugs from coming in. Everything else was just fine."

"Best pool ever. No one under 18 allowed. All seats facing pool and ocean. Always could find a chair. "
