“We had a fantastic family vacation in Boston, courtesy of Charles and Daphnee. The apartment was spotless, and it was a 10-minute walk to a great grocery store and bus lines into the city. Thanks for a great visit - we would definitely come again!”

“The space was very large, clean and well stocked. We had a great time with our five grown children. There were beds enough for a few more. It is a 50 min ride from the airport on the T and 20-30 to the Commons, so when we were gone for the day, there was no returning for naps. Otherwise, very pleasant. Kevin was very responsive and allowed us an earlier check in.”

The location was good (quiet but not too far out), really appreciated the off street parking, the house was well stocked with anything you can think of (including band aids which I needed!), and we enjoyed being able to walk to Sam Adams and the Haven.”

The listing also indicates a few things that were not available, including a new treadmill in the basement (there was no visible access or directions to the basement). The listing also indicated a washer/dryer, which was not included in the unit, and pantry items were minimal - nothing was provided beyond coffee mate. The space and……

“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
