「We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chestnut Tree. Lisa, the host was the main reason, she is a great communicator which is important when booking. She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful. The area is beautiful but with only one night, we didn’t get the change to do much exploring. Next time. Thank you Lisa for a wonderful stay.」

「There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. 「房間空間尚算充足，可打開兩個大型行李箱。 不過，浴室排水口嚴重堵塞，向酒店人員反映後，才更換至另一間房。 此外，辦理入住的員工態度不夠謹慎，其中一張房卡資訊錯誤，必須再次前往櫃檯更新。 房間內有莫名的冰冷感，入住時已特別告知需要開啟暖氣，但其中一間房的暖氣並未開啟，需再次提醒才閞啟總制。 櫃檯人員服務態度極差，本次已是第二次入住，基於上次經驗，入住時便先行提醒相關開啟暖氣及浴室排水口事宜，結果仍令人失望，完全沒有確實跟進。 退房後發現遺留物品，返回領取時雖順利取回，但飯店人員的誠信實在令人質疑。 不推薦入住！ 另有付費 shuttle bus 方便去 Gatwick Airport」
