“I went to the area to fish and this place was excellent! Right there by the marina and very accessible. With a supermarket across the street, makes your stay more convenient if you forgot any food/supplies. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. And great communication with the owner. Looking forward for my next fishing trip in that area. ”

Our host was very friendly and professional. They where always quick to respond and offer any help you would expect. You get an authentic stay here. Its not your million dollar condo wait in line at the elevator or fight for parking resort type place. Its friendly locals, local brewery, excellent fishing, privacy, scenic……

“It is a hotel. The hotel did not have our exact room available. They put us in two separate rooms but we only had to pay for one. The host was excellent with communication. The property has a great outdoor seating area behind it. It was really difficult to beat for the price.”

“1st location is superb, across the street from Doak Camble stadium and 1.5 miles from Donald Tucker arena. 1 mile from the downtown area. Check-in was easy. It was very clean and very nice furniture. Will use again and recommend to my FSU fan friends!!!”
