「Staff was kind and replied promptly via whatsapp. The hardware of the apartment was good but software need to be improved. Staff was prepared the bed linen and towel for us but all with wrinkles seems not tidy and the size was not fit. No tissue at apartment and the heater was not functioned well, we need to ask for help but need a long time for attending us.」

「Huge place and comfortable enough. TV has no signal and there was no sign of a wifi code and no connection that I could make, so pointless having a tv in the place as not useable. Rooms were comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice too, shower needs some attention though as the top head is so limescales it sprays over the top of the shower and on to the floor, and there is some bad mould on the base, door runners also not working properly. The views are breathtaking and we loved the country walk down to the pebble beach, with its Incredibly old, beautiful trees. I had the amazing opportunity to witness a hawk courtship dance in the sky above the Bluebell Hut. The hut is small but amazingly well outfitted and comfortable!」
