Location, Location, Location

This property is centrally located between the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and the Cincinnati Zoo. Also found some good restaurants in the area.

Girls trip

The was a perfect place for a girls trip! The house was close to restaurants, grocery store and bakery. The pool and deck with fire pit was a perfect hangout space for us. We will definitely come back again.

Clean and comfortable house.

This house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool is nice, but it is very close to the road into the neighborhood which the kids didn’t mind.

Ark and creation adventure

Very well maintained and the layout is great. Very clean inside and out. The pool and deck was a bonus and offered a relaxing opportunity after visiting each attraction. Highly recommend the property. 7 adults and 1 infant.

In the middle of the Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum , good location. Parking is a little tight if you have bigger vehicles or more than 2 cars. Good layout of the house, fit our needs.

Absolutely Wonderful

Endless hot water with maximum amount of people. Place was great and roomy with comfortable beds and soft blankets which is a plus in my book. The pool was wonderful for our teenagers and plenty of towels. Another huge plus was plenty of coffee for us coffee drinkers and the sparkle on your pics made my stay even better. Thank you for all your wonderful touches that made the place feel like home.

Family trip to see the ark

Overall this was a beautiful place to stay. Home was clean, comfortable space wise, and had the right amount of amenities. The only thing we could suggest is some extra seating in the living room if possible. Otherwise, communications were smooth when needed with staff and no hassle checking in or out. Would recommend and would stay again!

Perfect location and home

We had a rain day in Florence, a day at the Ark, and a day in Lawrenceburg IN snowtubing. Location was perfect! The house fit us comfortably and the king bed downstairs was so comfortable! We got there and didn’t have dish soap or potholders. I text the number given to me and Immediately they ordered some and had them delivered within a few hours. That’s customer service.

Family trip

We had a great time gathering in comfortable accommodations to attend The UK versus Florida game. The only thing we missed was pot holders to take food out of the oven. But we made due with a towel. Everything went smoothly!

Nice neighborhood

We had a great trip and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Nice, large dining table for meals and games and lots of counter space in the kitchen. Downside for us was that the "master" bedroom with an attached bathroom was in the lower level of the split level home. This room is colder than the rest of the house so that I could not put my parents in there as I had planned. They slept upstairs and shared a bathroom with my 2 teenage boys. It worked out since there were extra blankets, but you need to like a cool bedroom to be comfortable in the lower level King bedroom.

Bee problem

Overall, very good. There was a problem with wasps. One of my grandsons got stung 3 times and I got stung once trying to locate the nest. My husband used the hose to get it down. Weather stripping was hanging on door (we called about this) and the kitchen was not equipped very well; no strainer for pasta and the pots and pans were very small. I would have like to see more TV;s. I think each bedroom should have one, especially in the lower half of the house. But, my grandkids really enjoyed the pool. Need an grill outside too.

Nice to have a home!

We travelled down from Canada to go to the Ark Encounter. This was a perfect place for us to stay at. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. There was my family and my parents in our group. The six of us had lots of space to eat and spread out. Each day of our trip was nice as we returned to the pool to cool off and relax. The location was about a half hour from the ark and half hour to the creation museum, so right in the middle. As well as close to the interstate and pretty easy to get to. The small town was friendly and had all we needed for restaurants or groceries. The neighbours were nice and it was a quiet neighbourhood. The glass firetop table was so relaxing and beautiful at the end of the day as it got dark. The first night there was no propane in the tank so I texted right away and that’s all I had to do and the problem was solved. They took care of it with no issues. It was great to know it was that easy to address a concern. It was a great stay. Was even a bonus of having great shampoo available, which was unexpected. Thanks for a great stay, it was nice to have a home for our trip!

Fun Family Reunion

We really enjoyed our time at this home. The location is good for the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter as our family came from all parts of the country to meet up. The pool was great for the kids visiting for a few hours, and there was adequate parking on the street for extra cars. The maximum of the home says 10, but comfortably it fits only 7 adults because it is a smaller home. Not a negative comment, just for FYI. The key pad stopped working on the front door on the morning we were going to the Ark Encounter, but a technician from the mgmt company came out within an hour and repaired it. For those older adults who have issues with steep or narrow stairs, this may not be a place for you. But it worked out fine for us overall...most of the activity is on the upper level and you can just stay in one of the bedrooms there. The bedroom downstairs is very nice and spacious and has the second bathroom in it. Also great is they have two washers and two dryers so the towels and clothes get cleaned quickly. Regarding the bed linens, you may also want to bring your own, as the fitted sheets did not stay down and we dealt with the sheet coming up at night. But all the linens were clean and the house was very clean when we arrived. Thanks to the owners and the management company for overall an enjoyable stay!

Great spot for Arc visit

We had two families stay and it was a great location, fairly close to the arc encounter. If met our needs very well, clean, and the pool was perfect after hot days.

Awesome Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family’s vacation to the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, and King’s Island. The house was very spacious, clean, and is decorated very cute. I would definitely stay in this house again.
