“This apartment was perfectly located near the historical center. It was two stories with a great layout. The washer/dryer functioned very well. The beds were comfortable and the living/kitchen areas were very nice. There is a large grocery store steps away. The apartment was cold. I used the portable heater in my bedroom at night and that seemed to help. I highly recommend this apartment.”

“We were supposed to have a 3 bedroom but something had happened and rhey accommodated us different which is ok. However, the room we stayed at smelled like something had died. We opened up the windows and that helped some but I have no idea what that smell was.”

“David was excellent and responsive to our needs. He coordinated our transportation from the airport to the apartment. He also coordinated transportation to the train station the following day and put us in touch with someone who provided private transport everywhere we needed very affordable. Margo is the actual person at the apartment for day-to-day needs. She only speaks Spanish, but with Google Translate we had no issues and she met all our needs for towels. Pillows, etc… Great location for……

“The space was clean with everything we needed. The location was excellent! Very close to the Plaza de Armas, good restaurants, small markets, and Temple of San Cristobal. Just a walk to other shopping. Very quick responses when we had any questions. Be prepared to walk up and down a lot of steps! We would definitely stay here again! ”

From the very beginning until the end of their stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, making everything easy and stress-free. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, family-friendly, and very well maintained. The location was fantastic as well, just a short walking distance from the city……
