“Everything was really great except the pullout sofa was not comfortable enough to sleep on. My son ended up sleeping on the couch, which was comfortable but if you have more than person trying to sleep on it, I would not recommend it since two can't really sleep on the couch. Other than that, it was a good stay and convenient to everything. The hot tub was easy to get to across the parking lot and the owner was nice to bring us some needed essentials and responded to questions in a somewhat……

“Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Our only issue was that we had to keep towels in the refrigerator because water and ice kept collecting inside. The staff was nice and although there was rarely anyone in the office, there is a number to call to talk to someone if needed. The building itself could use some attention. “The small studio space worked fine for two people. Might be a little tight for more. The heat is provided by an efficient electric fireplace (kept the room easily heated). Very basic kitchen supplies, but sufficient for a short stay. Convenient to the bus stop, gym, and a few restaurants. Check in instructions gave addresses, but it would have been great to give a building number since when you arrive in the parking lot the map just provides building numbers (e.,g, 1, 2, 3) and not the address……

“Everything was perfect! Great location, great mid-point for anywhere you want to ski. Property was clean, secure, spacious and had everything we needed. Property managers had great communication and checked in while we were there and really worked to ensure we were satisfied. Would definitely stay again!”

“The location is obviously perfect if you are looking for a ski in ski out place but it has some gotchas..for instance dont expect to sleep in past 6:30 am, very noisy due to it being next to the breezeway that accesses the lifts. You can also hear any noise made by neighbors. As far as condition of the unit..its a pretty standard rental management ran condo. Chairs are old and one fell apart on us, numerous weird stains on them as well, bed was comfy, kitchen utensils and pans are very worn/……

“This was exactly what my husband and I needed for a week day ski trip. Comfortable lodging with plenty of space and easy access to everything we needed for the week. Spent a lot of time working at Atticus with easy access to town lift when we wanted to jump on the mountain. More dinner options than we knew what to do with and the nightly hot tub dips were the perfect way to relax.”

“Wood burning fireplace was a huge plus for us. Would have been helpful to have more accurate information on the fireplace- as in, the is no front desk to go to for the propane torch to preheat the flue to get draw for the fire. And once the maintenance guy arrived, he said “ just open the balcony door and it will help the fireplace draw”. THAT is information that should be written down. “A great condo very conveniently located near Deer Valley Resort. Bus stop steps away from the condo with buses going to both Deer Valley and Park City. Close enough that even the 3 year old grandson could easily walk it. Condo has well equipped kitchen and 4 comfortable bedrooms. Owner was very responsive and helpful.”

“This was the perfect spot for a ski vacation. A quick walk to the base of PC Mtn and right on to the life. The pool was lovely, gym was sufficiently equipped. Would certainly stay here again.”
