「A wonderful welcome from the moment we entered until the minute we left. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly, and exceptionally helpful. We were given advice on how to get into Bath with all the road closures for the half marathon, the bus timetables were looked up for us and we were even walked out of the hotel to point us to the bus stop. 「Very clean, bedroom very warm and a good sized walk in shower.
Drinks were very good, friendly staff serving. Food well cooked and nicely presented.
