「The house met all of my expectations. Plenty of towels were provided and extra linens were available as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make coffee. The house is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood, I felt safe. There was soap left behind in the shower from the person that stayed before us but that wasnt a huge deal. The communication was good when I was trying to book but when I was trying to move my booking over a day, I never heard back...

「Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. 」

「It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again.」

「Went for a weekend for hall of fame simple easy recommend. 」

「This was perfect location for our stay in Cooperstown (12 minutes from Dreams Park) and a block walk to MLB HOF and a block walk to the lake with a quaint nearby park. Restaurants, coffee shop and souvenir shopping are plentiful within walking distance. This unit was clean, and stocked with kitchen utensils/cookware/dishes,etc, drip coffee pot as well as keurig. Jack and Jill bathroom with toiletries and towels provided. Bernie, the host, was very attentive, responsive, accessible and helpful!...

「Charming little accommodation with everything you need. 」

「The mini apartment was decorated warm and comfortable. It was spacious for two people. The lake views were beautiful. There was plenty to do in the towns, plenty of restaurants. Our hosts were very kind and informative. 」

「We had a great week at Breezy Hill. The location was very close to the park, the accommodations were perfect for our needs, the location offered beautiful back porch views, and it could not have been better. I would definitely stay here again if we ever come back.」
