「Excellent place would stay again.」

「Nice location , price and ambiance BUT I had three simple questions when I checked in. The receptionist knew the answer to none of them ( had to check ) : would there be coffee in the morning ? Answer No, not til the restaurant opened at 830 am !!!( Old COFFEE Inn ?!? ). Was the restaurant still open ( closing at 8pm ...didn't know what they were serving ). Would the 8pm World Cup match be shown ? ( Mind you there was a sign out front advertising it ). NO, they only put the TV on for England...

Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. The room was okay but not as shown on our booking confirmation - it was an attic room with very steep stairs and a not very safe landing area outside the door. 「We stayed here for the weekend of26th June , what a gem of a place to find . Room was lovely , staff were very chatty and nothing was too much trouble , food excellent . Although not in the normal hot spot stays , this pub is in a quiet location but not far from anywhere . Highly recommend a stay here at this pub」

「The Ettington Park hotel is an extraordinary English Family Castle with a great & long history. Our stay in this hotel was extremely comfortable and relaxed. Despite belated arrival at night, we were all welcomed by their staff with thoughfully arranged dinner & wine & porter services of many bulk luggage. 「Booked here mainly for the air conditioning ..30+ degrees at the moment. Upon check in we were informed that the air con was broken in our room. They had put a fan in the room so went to see. It was like an oven so politely declined. We were offered an upgrade, but was asked if we were willing to pay the difference ourselves.
