「No air conditioner, a bit noise, and not close to city center. But environment is good, room is over all not bad.」

「Had to click on something to get to this part of the review. Never actually stayed at the hotel, but spoke to a lady called Catherine who was brilliant! We had to cancel due to family commitments, but good old Expedia wouldn’t refund as they said I was too late to do as, but I took out the cancellation cover with them which said I could cancel up to the 3/5, but they thought different. I will never use Expedia again. You need to speak to people not robots!!」

「Pipe burst first night, parking isn't adequate so had to park in the road. Breakfast was really good, servers at breakfast were amazing 」

「It was fresh. But a complete lack of choice for breakfast considering it was over £150 per night for the room. I would expect at least something made to order! 」

「Lovely clean room, included fridge, ironing board, iron as well as the usual things you'd expect like tea/coffee facilities, desk, TV, toiletries, hair dryer. Comfy bed. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again 」
