“This is truly a great little place! It’s so cozy and the ultimate movie room getaway. This has given my wife and I inspiration to finish our media room and guest quarters and will absolutely be where we come and stay visiting our kid at A&M. The owner is extremely helpful and sweet.”

“This condo is located about 15 minutes from Texas A&M University. The condo and property complex was very clean and well maintained. It came fully stocked and has everything one would need. The welcome book provided by the owners had useful information and the check in/out instructions were clear and concise. Great communication with the owners on accessing the property after hours. The area was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Each bedroom had an attached bath and there is even……

“Nice split-level duplex with bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. Just on the south side of College Station, very close to and convenient for visiting Texas A&M university. Would stay here again!”

“Property was clean. If it’s busy parking can be an issue. Not allowed to park in front of unit. Price seemed to be good then you find out they charge an astronomical price for cleaning. If it’s your last choice it’s ok. No real extras. Definitely been at more welcoming properties.”
