「This place is fantastic - everything we hoped for! From the wonderful lakefront house to the kayaks and paddleboards to the soothing hot tub, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. The house is clean with gorgeous views of the lake and has multiple outdoor places to eat and relax.Owners Monique and Dennis are super - available but not intrusive.」

「The location was perfect for our stay. The cabin had everything we needed. The Host was responsive to all issues and questions we had. The cabin is on a dirt road that is steep in places. (Many roads in VT are dirt/gravel roads). No problems for us. We enjoyed our stay.」

「A few days before arrival, we were sent an email containing instructions for the property. These instructions were addressed to another individual and dated 2021, which seems to be an indication of the last time the property had any attention. Arrival was fairly smooth, following the instruction sheet. The exterior of the house was somewhat worn, with sections of missing gutter, worn paint, and loose entry steps. 「I loved this place. It's a rustic cottage with all the amenities. It was near the university so it was easy to go back and forth. It was clean and cozy, tucked away in the foliage. The host and hostess were very accommodating and responsive. I hope to stay here again next year. 」
