“The pool was a little cold but it’s in a beautiful, huge atrium that was open until 9pm. Both desk clerks were very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and cute. Furniture in good repair. Bathtub with a plug. Coffee in the lobby isn’t worth drinking but there’s a microwave so I heated cold brew. Little fridge. The stairs were a little strange. My 5 stars takes into account the very low price. Usually such a discounted price would not look so good. Beds comfy and nice linens. Outdoor……

“Just got back from a stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Hagerstown, MD, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The staff was beyond great. From the second I checked in, everyone was so warm and genuinely helpful. They remembered my name, went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and even offered some really good local tips. You could tell they actually cared about making your stay nice. The suites are spacious and comfortable, but what really stood out to……

“The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There were two bottles of body wash and one empty conditioner bottle in the shower. The sink and floor were dirty.”

“Anytime towels were needed we had to go down stairs and bring our dirty wet towels. Would not give us additional towels unless wet dirty ones were given back downstairs.”

“I came in before dark - difficult day of traveling and very hungry. The owners were out, but a guest who stays there many times showed me around and introduced me to the other guests in the living room. I was so impressed with the decor and cozy environment. There was a fridge in the hallway where you can place your refrigerables in and you can tap into the free white wine A nice Keurig was present with a great selection to choose from. Snacks were present and very well welcomed. ……

“First I got put into a room that I have told them does not work and to please not put me in. The water pressure sucks and the fridge makes a horrible noise. Second I had to add another day cause I could not get home cause my bridge is flooded. They called twice in the morning to ask what I was doing staying again or leaving. THEN I got a later check out 11:30!!! Housekeeper knocked as she was opening the door at 11:13!! Didnt even give me a chance to answer the door. I have kids in room and let……
