「I expect a typical “free breakfast” when I stay at a roadside hotel…scrambled eggs, sausage, an assortment of breads and cereals…the usual fare for such establishments. The bar is not very high. Unfortunately, Fairfield in Wheeling didn’t make it over the bar. The assortment of offerings was fewer than the average, and no breakfast meat, at all. When the expectation is pretty low to begin with, failure to meet the expectation is disappointing. You gotta pick up your game, Fairfield.」

「The property is undergoing new renovations. The rooms are spacious and upgraded. They’re very nice. The outside grounds are not the greatest. The property has so many potholes that are hazardous. This needs to be corrected. Immediately. The staff were great, very friendly and attentive.Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. It’s a good location.」
