“Andrea was very easy to converse with. Perfect size for one or two people. Check in was easy - no complicated door entry or exit. Very clean and comfortable - also has a "traditional" coffee maker and a Keurig, which you don't often see. She provided several coffee/tea/sweetener etc options. Roku TV was easy to operate. Also a nice wooden deck and patio setup just off the kitchen. I'd definitely stay again! I'm an Ole Miss alum, and the Square and campus are not far away. Easy access to South……

“Alvin was a great host, we ran late getting there, Alvin called to check on us. Helped with detailed instructions. Actually waited up on us past his bedtime. He was there each time we came off the lake, shared stories. He treats you in a manner that makes you relaxed and feel welcome. His location is away from traffic, yet close to docks and restaurants. Definitely consider for the peace and quiet, much preferred over hotel room. Great stay.”
