We could pretty much walk to anywhere for food, drinks, coffee, supplies etc. and even if we had to drive somewhere for something it was very close. “So glad we found this place. We needed a single level, multi bedroom near downtown Denver to help spouse recover from leg surgery. We stayed almost 2 months and the host was responsive every time something came up. The location was awesome/ so easy to walk around Lodo. It is right next to the train tracks, but the noise didn’t bother us. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The property is a really cool space with lots of natural light in the shared areas. Beds were really comfortable……

“Liked the condo very much. Very clean very well appointed. Enjoyed being up and seeing the view. Kitchen was good. Sofa needs to be replaced. It’s tired. Add dimmers to the lights that don’t have them. Very convenient to have washer and dryer. I love the Istanbul bakery up the street. Could hear the music at night but it was over at 10.”

“In town to visit family and the apartment was perfect! Walked to all Cherry Creek has to offer in a quiet and safe location. Originally planned to be with my partner and bathroom would have been a little tight with the two of us but was fine for just me.”

“Property is nice and secure. Checkin process is simple. Bedding was comfortable and it has a nice kitchen. We did not have internet for most of the day/evening Friday 4/26) requiring my friend and I to go to WeWork to work/be productive. The setup of the TV is confusing (required us to reconnect to the Wifi connection each time we turned it on; no instructions on it that we could find either). When I called the property mgmt about the Wifi, it was answered promptly, I was given an alternative……

“First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. ”
