“This was our first international trip. We chose Teddington Lodge as it was within walking distance to our son and daughter-in-law who we were visiting. I was apprehensive at first as we do not travel often and this was the first time staying at a property without a front desk. My concerns were short lived as the management couldn't have been more helpful. Every message to them was answered promptly (and kindly!) They checked in on us via messaging during our stay to be sure all was well. I……

“The overall accommodation was alright, we stayed in a two-room and two-bathroom unit. The bedding in the master bedroom was a bit dusty, with some small black spots on it. The reception staff did follow up, but since we arrived quite late, we changed the sheets ourselves. The overall cleanliness was average, the master bathroom was poorly designed, with the entire floor getting wet after showering. The smaller room was relatively cleaner, but there were no available power outlets, so it was not……
