"Comfortable, clean, modern and convenient with helpful, courteous staff, good food and amenities. Places like this make travel that much better."

"Great spot for relaxing between travels. Great pool/sauna/steam area, big family room with big floor space for packing/sorting - bigger than any hotel floor space I've ever had. Sound proof glass. Good breakfast buffet and especially liked the edible jam saucers/containers! Free tube from heathrow 1 stop (just scan credit card at both stations) and right across the road from the station."

"The room was fine. It wasn't spacious but suited us for one night. The air conditioning was on when we arrived. It was quite noisy so we switched it off as it wasn't that warm in the room. However, when we switched it off we could here a persistent humming noise which kept us awake. No idea where it was coming from but very annoying. Other than that, the room suited us and was very close to North Terminal. The only other thing that's worth mentioning is that there aren't any places to eat nearby. We found only one in the north terminal which was ok."

"Was very unique experience to ride Heathrow pod and be dropped off at the hotel. Only should be better marked to make the way to find the Heathrow pod Good experience over all"
