"We were given a complimentary 3-day bus pass and schedule to get around downtown, which relieved so much pressure having to worry about parking when wanting to get to our restaurant which was in a more central part of town. This also would be great if staying longer and utilizing it for getting to the ski hills. The hotel was beautiful and clean with easy access to parking and restaurants on the property which were both fantastic. While there isn't a room service option is is very quick and easy to order ahead and pick up take-away from both restaurants. Great stay!"

"I stayed here for my 40th birthday (approximately $300/night), and the only criteria I gave when the booking was made was that the hotel have a functioning hot tub. At check-in, I was informed the hot tub was out of service due to a chlorine issue and would not be available until the following morning—effectively making it unusable for my entire stay. This was the primary reason the hotel was selected, so this significantly impacted the value of the booking. The front desk waived the $20 amenity fee and offered two small bottles of prosecco, which I declined as I do not drink. I asked whether a more appropriate alternative (such as a dining credit or partial refund) could be provided. I was told they would follow up, but although I later received a call, no message was left and no resolution was provided. I was also told I received an “upgrade,” however the room appeared to be a standard king with no meaningful difference in amenities. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but when a key advertised feature is unavailable—especially one that influenced the booking decision—there should be a clear and reasonable effort to make it right."

"We had a fantastic stay in Banff and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. They went out of their way to be accommodating and made us feel genuinely taken care of throughout our stay. The location is excellent, everything is close by and very convenient, which made getting around effortless. Parking was easy, safe, and hassle free, which is a big plus in a busy area like Banff. Overall, a smooth, comfortable, and highly enjoyable stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
