「I phoned to upgrade my room no available rooms so I asked to cancel for a full refund which they agreed and I never received my money back.. very un helpful and very hard to contact a human on the phone.. not recommended in any shape or form..」

「Good breakfast buffet. Room has seen better days, rather shabby. We were on the 4th floor which was very hot, but there was a good tower fan which cooled things down. The shower didn't work, but reception got someone to fix it at some speed. Only the bare minimum printed information in the room - fire precautions, but nothing about facilities, or breakfast times.」

「We stayed in a family room which was clean and close to the beach, with some restaurants around. There is no USB socket in the room so need to bring your own sockets to charge your phones and devices. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was included, with cold and cooked buffet for selection.」
