“I had such a wonderful experience. The room was very nicely decorated and top of the line. Everything was beautiful, clean, lots of amenities. I had a small accident and broke my foot, the hosts were so helpful and really went out of their way. Everything I needed was there and it was easily accessible to the city center. I cant wait to return. Top boutique hotel I've ever stayed at. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I'm so glad I booked here! ”

“A true gem of a hotel in York. Easily walkable to centre. Hotel and rooms spotlessly clean. Tasty, hot breakfast with plenty choice. Comfortable rooms but a little too hot. Good parking area at rear of hotel. Staff very pleasant and could not be more helpful. Special shout out to Gemma and Stuart who were both excellent.
