「The staff were the kindest and most helpful of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Very impressed and grateful!」

「Loved this property- no complaints!」

「Hilton has an excellent location with breath taking views . They are upgrading the hotel because it needs some updating due to the age of the hotel, so if you dont mind a bit of construction its fine. It didnt bother me because they weren't noisy. The rooms are very nice however the shower was not cleaned properly and mould is visible in the bathroom. Other than that the staff is amazing and the food at the restaurant was great . Just be careful with the eggs at breakfast ! 😳」

「It was clean and nice」

「Everything was excellent!」

「Staff was great. Everything else was not so great. Food was bad. Drinks were good. Room was.... Bathroom door had problems. There was a crab in the room. Needed updating. Pull out couch bed was bad. Couldn't sleep on that.」

「The property was great, our room was clean and comfortable, there was a problem with the air conditioning that was immediately fixed. Almost all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff checking us in on 10/16/26-4pm was not friendly or welcoming, she should reconsider her choice of profession. Everybody else was excellent( Hermonius and Mrs. Jackie). We had an ocean view from our room. The bartenders were great (Winston and Amari) and the food was good- the omelette station...

「Awesome thanks for the warm welcome 🙏 was great overall」

「The room was clean, friendly staff, great food.」

「A lovely friendly hotel right on st Lawrence Gap. I cannot fault anything about the hotel. I was able to really relax and enjoy the lovely weather and scenery. The food was amazing. Everything we ate from, breakfast, lunch or dinner was enjoyable. The staff were always able to help with any questions and direct you in anyway they could. The great thing about the hotel was being able to swim in a pool till 9pm or swim in the sea which you step right onto. I would most definitely recommend this...

「The room had a nice Jacuzzi in it. The staff was helpful and friendly. However the hotel need a little shop to sell few items. Also, the rooms seems old. A little upgrade on rooms, like the tiles for bathroom, sliding doors need replacing or servicing and the dresser. Also, the pillows were worn out. The shower was either hot or cold, it didnt seem to have a balance. Just a little work on the rooms and it will be a good hotel.」
