“First opinion was the overkill use of frebreeze and the rudeness from the front desk. The beds were so uncomfortable, barely had a boxspring. Pillows were a joke. Windows were screwed and lodged with a stick so the most you could open it was maybe 2 inches. We could hear people partying and dancing outside till past 11 pm. Playing loud Mexican music dancing and screaming. Found out that this place is also rented to tenants. 5:00 am in the morning they are outside our window having coffee……

“AC was great! Room was reasonably clean. Appropriate parking right on site. Property generally needs some updating. Common areas a bit worn. Conveniently located right on Route 1. Be careful leaving the parking lot and turning onto route 1, the shrubs on property make it hard to see oncoming traffic.”

“We enjoyed our one night stay. We needed an escape from our city life and took advantage of the screened in porch and riverside setting. We had a take out dinner on the picnic table by the river and the kind owner helped us light the firepit. We did have to clean off the table and chairs but understand it’s hard to maintain with all the trees and pollen. The room was immaculate and modern but retained some cool old school touches. “Our room, though very compact, was clean and the bed comfortable. No mirror in the bedroom area; only in the bathroom. Bathroom was clean and sufficient but very thin towels and the toilet seat was cracked/peeling. Our biggest complaint was the breakfast. Offerings were minimal and some was inedible fruit and with an hour to go in the breakfast timing there was very little left. When told about the empty servers and cold case, staff just shrugged and nothing was refilled. Very paltry and……

“Amber was amazing. We came in after hours and she had our room opened for us. She is super friendly and communicated with us throughout our travels making sure we were ok and understanding the check in process. The room was super clean, beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. We will be returning”
