「Clean place, but the wifi in the room was choppy and weird noises were made on the property throughout the night, different equipment turning on and off I suppose. Otherwise smooth stay!」

「I rented cabin 21 I was surprised to find a Full sized refrigerator and 2 burner stove that wasn't noted in room amenities. This made the stay better than expected. Staff supplied me with the recliner that was in the pictures of the room. They had removed the recliners that were shown in the room pictures because of guests mis useing the recliners. I booked the room based on the supplied pictures which included the recliners. The staff put one back in the room for me. I am disabled and I can...

「Al lol the staff were very helpful. There was a couple of things that needed some repair like the front entrance, but overall it was an excellent place.」

「I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel/motel/cabins. The facility was not adequately maintained, and cleanliness was a major concern throughout the property. The room and common areas appeared neglected and did not meet reasonable standards for guest accommodations. Another significant issue was the lack of exterior lighting. The parking lot and walkways were poorly lit, creating safety concerns and making it difficult to navigate the property at night.」

「Staff was only present when we checked in. Then never seen again, not even at check out. All they had was a basket on the desk to return keys. The pool was cloudy. Hot tub was green and smelled. Breakfast in the morning was equivalent to getting something at a gass station. The room smelled so bad it gave me a headache, it was like they were trying to cover up other smells. No not recommend」

「The suite was very nice with 2 large separate bedrooms and full kitchen. Staff was helpful in finding a pet friendly restaurant with a patio.」

「Clean and comfortable room. Shower had great pressure. I was in town for a wedding, family stayed at the tower Inn and Alpine and this was certainly nicer than the two.」

「Scott, the front desk manager, was very courteous and helpful. On the downside, the TVs remote systems were both very confusing to use. Simple things like figuring out what channel to turn to ....very complicated, little navigating to find the channel guide! Not exactly like some systems as Holiday Inn or Hilton properties use like DIRECTV.」
