“This is a very old Victorian style house. It has noisy steam heat; barely working locks (some don't work at all), and sketchy electrical. We booked 2br/2ba, which got us the 2nd and 3rd floors (host lives on the 1st floor). Furnishings are old; kitchens are functional, but that's it. Water pressure was VERY low. The host is an extremely nice guy. He owns a small restaurant nearby that serves really delicious food and AWESOME shakes. The ad says that "off street parking is available". That's……

“We had a comfortable, delightful stay. Nancy and Richard were charming hosts, very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. We stayed 3 nights in the apartment and one in their home at the B&B and enjoyed all 4 nights. We also had a beautiful breakfast with them one morning and while we didn't participate in the animal feeding, we enjoyed everything about the property, including learning many things about planting, composting and the overall beauty. “This rental was amazing, from the charm of the rustic cabin to the scenery, it was truly beautiful. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back again. Such a great getaway from our hectic lives, so peaceful and like a step back in time. My only recommendation is to bring your own split firewood and kindling. We were only provided with whole logs at the rental so we had to take a trip into town and buy some split firewood on our own. Also, the fireplace, fireitt and charcoal grill……
