“We attended TOR rooms for a nice getaway before my wife gives birth, we had been approximately 3 years ago and had a great time.
Unfortunately with the new owners it has gone completely downhill.
Upon entering the room there were around 8-9 large spiders. Ordinarily, a couple of spiders I would chuck out of the window. This time however it was almost like an infestation. I had to kill about 6 and flush them before my wife would even settle.
We could not get through to the staff on the phone so……

“I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel.……

“The property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. “Great stay at the Yarrow. The reception staff were fabulous. The spa was a lovely relaxing treat after a long walk. Shame the steam room was out of order and we weren’t told. Breakfast also really good and we weren’t hurried out when it finished. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“To be honest it was very loud from the gig place from across the road (Saturday) but it calmed down & it was quiet for the rest of the stay in spir of the house's very central location (& lots of good music in town). I had an issue with the window & appreciated that the hotel owner responded & resolved the situation.The rooms are lovingly decorated & warm, and the bed was very comfy. ”
