"The check in process started good until we learned that the property was under renovation and breakfast is a grab and go bag. That was disappointing but not that important to us. However it was the bathroom situation that repulsed us. The tub was yellow and the shower knob looked moldy. We mentioned the situation to the front desk and to see if they could clean it but was told cleaning crew was not available but if we want we can be provided with material to clean it ourselves. The manager was not available to talk. Her number was given to reach out to her on Monday. But it was pointless because we were only there for one night. That was room 132 on the first floor. If you are accommodating guests then you have to make sure that the room is clean. I’ve stayed at othe Laquinta before and this experience has ruined any future booking with Laquinta."
