“Stayed at Genting Hotel for 1 night as was visiting Birmingham for friend's wedding, and my husband and I had an incredible time! The room was lovely, spacious with a really comfortable bed and ESPA toiletries, the spa was also a lovely treat in the morning, but the highlight had to be the staff! “Maybe we stay at the hotel on Sat, it was very noise downstair until midnight, becasue there is a amusement opposite to the hotel. the car parking is very limit, not easy to get the parking in the hotel. The room is not very clean. The receptionest will not let you feel welcome. ”
