「I have mixed feelings about this place. It looks exactly as it is pictured which was great, but it was not as clean as it should’ve been. When we first arrived, the bathroom had a strong smell of urine. There were crumbs all over the coffee table and in the leather chair. We got 3 towels, but only one wash cloth. When I asked for more wash cloths, it was not guaranteed, which ended up being that we did not get them. On top of that, one of the towels had makeup stains on it, so I’m not super sure...

「Pros: The room was great and very clean, with a nice large bathroom and large bed with closet and microwave/coffeemaker. Cons: The host never responded to my messages. Also, I don't know if it was the host or another guest, but the part of the home that was unavailable due to host restrictions had SO MUCH NOISE. The night of 5/8/26 at 4am woke me and my friend up and kept us up for an hour. Overall it was a decent stay, but I don't see myself returning to Cozy Studio Min.」

「The apartment was sooo cute and cozy for sure. It does need a few things. The dishes was in the dishwasher when we got there. The shower head needs changed, there is no water pressure. The dishwasher, washer and shower needs a really good deep clean. There floor needs swept, n mopped. The shower door needs repaired it makes a noose like it’s about to fall and brake. I don’t like to leave a bad review. But as a business owner I do like the input so we can fix things that needs attention. Other...
