“The outside is very poorly maintained, and I was very worried about what I’d find on the inside when I pulled up. When I went in, they were not able to accommodate a 1-hr early check-in at all. The lobby where other guests and I waited appeared clean and well-maintained. The restaurant is currently under construction and not open. I use the bathroom off the lobby, which had had only one working sink, and said working sink appeared to contain vomit. Once we got up to our room, that initially……

“Overall the cleanliness of this location is going downhill from when they opened. I stay here frequently. I found used sheets on the pullout and our room smelled of dog urine that they'd tired to mask. The water dispenser in the fitness room wasn't working either.”

“I stayed at this cheaper hotel near the airport for the shuttle. I was told it was $20 each way just 2 miles from the airport. Spend the extra $30 in say the double tree where the shuttle is free.”
