“It was a little hard to find. Just because we were arent front the area so the directions from the host helped immensely. The inside was extremely clean and cozy. The bed and couch were very comfortable and not stiff. Highly recommended, it definitely beats staying in the hotel.”

“It’s perfect for one or two ppl that are in the area for hiking or fishing and don’t want to camp. It has everything you need and is right on the river. Incredibly peaceful stay, 15 min from Viroqua or Kickapoo Valley Reserve. It’s a great location right outside of Viola.”

“The property was in pristine condition and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Dishes, towels, even an extra quilt for warmth. The location couldn’t be beat if you’re interested in enjoying the Kickapoo River or simply dropping into a sweet Wisconsin small town vibe. Staci, the property owner, was available and more than helpful. Offering passes to the Reserve and in easy contact for any questions that needed answering. We look forward to returning!”

“Seems to have been newly remodeled, paint or glue smell in the building the first day was overwhelming. There was no sugar or creamer in the place for the coffee. Wasn't able to find a broom and dustpan to sweep before we left. Overall, it was a good experience just a few more things would have made it a great one.”

“My husband is a flying fisherman learning more about his hobby. This was our second trip to the Driftless and a second chance to stay in a property owned by Jake and Becky. The Arcadian Cabin is a wonderful location to stay for our trip out this time. It is comfortably furnished with lots of little welcoming additions to help make the stay easy. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. The one bedroom downstairs was perfect for our stay with just the two of us. The loft above was……
