“Exceptional great cottage with spacious area inside. Well-equipped with all necessary facilities and excellent service provided. Great breakfast with good value for money.”

“Very comfortable.”

“Good location with small parking area. Very welcoming staff, offering helpful advice on local area. The room itself was of very high standard and lacked nothing that I needed for my stay. Highly recommend the superb cooked breakfast for a small extra cost.”

“Do not book this property. Has not been a hotel since the beginning of 2005. Bad show Expedia, I expected better.”

“The property is in a quiet village, with ample grounds and free parking. Victoria , the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and room and en-suite were spotlessly clean. The selection available for breakfast was extensive and everything was cooked freshly. Overall excellent value. The property is in walkable distance to a station on the mainline into New Street, Birmingham, which takes c15 minutes.”
