“The host experience was excellent, they were very helpful and we have no issue with the management company. When we arrived after travelling 12hrs with 2 small children and a baby the house had no heating or hot water on. We arrived at 10.30pm, the floors were all sticky and the smell of urine when we opened the front door was shocking and we didn’t expect that!We had to wash the floors so the children could play safely. Again not what we expected. The double bed had no mattress or pillow……

“Lovely place to stay. Ideal location for Broad Street and the shopping centre, theatres etc. House has plenty of room, everything you need and very clean. The host is very easily contactable and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again. ”
