「The property was clean and getting ahold of the owners was easy, but you have to use Whatsapp. We had a couple of issues come up and they responded quickly and most was resolved quickly. Downside was the amount of stairs to get to the apartment. Beds were pretty comfortable, but are starting to slant in the middle. Remote for tv we could not find so I had to download a remote for the tv on my phone to make it work. Overall though it was a good stay.」

「Appreciate the quick responses of the host while helping understand the ins and outs of city life. It was hard to understand at first, but the host was more than happy to help. 「Great place to stay! Warm, comfortable, plenty of beds. We really appreciated our stay here after our NYC Christmas girls trip. Our hosts made the process easy and they were wonderful to work with. The only downside was parking… street parking is tough in this neighborhood and there were a wide array of parking rules/signs. We also happened to stay in a snow storm, so otherwise, no complaints.
