「This was the perfect vacation for my family and I. Staff was very friendly and the experience as a whole was amazing. To be as big as the property is, it was super quiet and that was important as we had a toddler that needed naps. The resort is also located near the mall, restaurants and a grocery store. The only thing I wish they had was a microwave in the room. All in all, I would definitely recommend. 」

「And affordable quirky retro hotel, right in the heart of downtown Scottsdale. Perfect for an overnight stay and shotsdale for going to the performing arts center, which is a quick 2 minute walk away. Signage for check-in could be greatly improved. The lobby is a separate building from the actual hotel. And there's no signage to indicate this when you arrive. The room was clean and comfortable. And we will definitely stay there again, especially for the price!」

「It was good. My only complaints were the pool person couldn't take cash for my drinks/order at the pool. That is essential for me because I budget for each event with cash. Also, the bathroom door was very awkward to use and hard to open/shut. Not really resort level room accomodations. 」

「Front desk staff were not so hospitable, seemed to do minimal required, seemed to want to not be bothered. 12 noon checkout is great, but keycard stopped working at 11:35. Everything else was really great. 」

「We stay here every time we’re in Scottsdale. Love the 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The hotel staff is fantastic and helps with anything you need. Very nicely equipped fitness center. Full breakfast. Outdoor grills and fire pit. The only part of the property that needs attention is the cleanliness of the pool. There’s always dirt on the bottom and debris floating. 」

「The stay had everything that I needed on business trip. Clean room, no noises, no pests working wifi and quick breakfast. Only improvement would give for the staff is to promote the membership in advanced to get points. En up staying for 4 days and did not get any points as was not member 」
